There is a raised tail section that allows for a comfortable palm
rest for certain playing styles yet is spaced far enough back from the
bride to not be in the way while strumming, string muting, or even pressing
on strings behind bridge for a tremelo effect. Internal wiring
and electronics are shielded to minimize humming and other interference.
