Internal Pickup

For an additional $50, I will install an internal transducer style pickup 

This will allow you to record or "plug in" to an amp.

The endpin jack also serves as a strap button.

(One little tip, it is much easier and less expensive to put in a pickup while the dulcimer is being built. Adding the pickup later will cost at least twice as much)
